All nesting boxes and feeders are generally built and shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS.
During the spring and early fall, when everyone is releasing their babies is my busiest time so please be patient.
Approx. dimensions: 10"w x10" d x 15" h w/ 18" backboard.
-Made from 3/4" unfinished pine
-Air flow holes on sides
-3/8" drainage holes in bottom
-3" side entrance hole
-Side door for easy cleaning
-Grip strips on three sides for climbing
-Comes with 2 bolts, 6 washers and 2 wingnuts to attach to a release cage or DCN.
This house was made for release cages or NR squirrels. It doesn't have an interior guard and is not suitable for predator protection in the trees. If you need to modify this house please contact our shop.
Nice, basic house for a grey squirrel or a foxer.
-If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo within 24 hours of timestamped delivery so a replacement can be sent out.
-Because each box is custom made for the buyer, we don’t accept returns. If you insist on returning your item, it will be done so at your expense and subject to a $20 restocking fee. Exchanges are accepted but item will also be sent back at customer’s expense.
-Straw and aspen ae the only things recommended by rehabbers to put inside. Fabrics and poly fil can wrap around the babies and cause death or amputation.
-Houses should be mounted a minimum of 11' in a tree or tall post.
-It is the consumer's responsibility to know local and state laws regarding the feeding and housing of wildlife.
